Groove Factory is an independent record label founded by Bill Carroll, built on the belief that music has the power to transform lives, build confidence, and bring people together. We exist to give artists the freedom, tools, and support they need to create without limits.

Professional studio recording, production, and live performance capture to help artists bring their sound to life.

A live, DJ-driven radio platform spinning music from the 70s to today — featuring artist showcases, live shows, and real on-air opportunities.
~ Education & Creative Development
Through partnerships with arts education initiatives and hands-on learning programs, we connect music creation with skill-building, mentorship, and career pathways. Are you a teacher? Use our recording /rehearsal studios to teach YOUR students, right inside our interactive learning center.
~ Podcast / Audiovisual Recording/Streaming Studio
Want to live-stream or record your podcast, either straight audio or video, too? We have that turnkey setup for you. Just book the studio, any guests you may have, and do your thing. We will record both audio and video for your archives, to broadcast and/or live-stream.
~ Rehearsal Studio Space
We have the space for you to just come in and rehearse. Want to jam with your favorite bandmates? Book the room today and get jammin'!
~ Audiovisual Lab
We off our audiovisual lab to dive deep into what makes things tick. Learn the gear we use from the inside out and learn why it does what it's designed to do. Something broke or got worn out? Learn how to fix it inside our Audiovisual Lab.

Founder • Music Advocate • Educator • Broadcaster • Producer
Bill Carroll brings decades of experience in radio, live performance, DJ culture, and music production. His vision for Groove Factory is rooted in one core belief: music can change lives when access and opportunity are truly inclusive.
His work across education, community outreach, and creative media continues to inspire a new generation of artists & DJ's to find their voice — and their groove.

The Groove Factory has no house style, no dedication to one particular genre and is open to anyone who has the love of music but especially ANYONE with Special Needs. We highly encourage anyone with disabilities to step forward with their craft and style of sound to send us their demo and profile.
The Groove Factory is not only an Independent Record Label but a teaching facility under the Bill Carroll Foundation, Inc., a non profit 501(c)(3) company for music education.
Work With Us
Groove Factory Group is always on the lookout for people to come in and gain experience within the company.
