Bill Carroll brings decades of experience in radio, live performance, DJ culture, and music production. His vision for Groove Factory is rooted in one core belief: music can change lives when access and opportunity are truly inclusive.
His work across education, community outreach, and creative media continues to inspire a new generation of artists & DJ's to find their voice — and their groove.

The Groove Factory has no house style, no dedication to one particular genre and is open to anyone who has the love of music but especially ANYONE with Special Needs. We highly encourage anyone with disabilities to step forward with their craft and style of sound to send us their demo and profile.
The Groove Factory is not only an Independent Record Label but a teaching facility under the Bill Carroll Foundation, Inc., a non profit 501(c)(3) company for music education.
Work With Us
Groove Factory Group is always on the lookout for people to come in and gain experience within the company.
